“Contemplative Pathway To Holiness”

What is it to live a life of prayer the contemplative way?

As per His Holiness, Pope Benedict XVI said: “May we live this New Year, the Year of Faith, as “a favorable time for interior renewal, of which there is always need. For the ”profound closeness to the Lord“, given to us through faith, must be the priority and characteristic point of our existence.“ (Magnificat: January 2013 issue)

In response to our beloved Pope”s inspiration, we invite you to join us in our ”Contemplative Pathway to Holiness” Program.

This free will donation program will be conducted by Father Jim Sullivan and will include spiritual direction, spiritual reading, a commitment to live a life of prayer, and service to the community. No sacraments including mass will be celebrated in Sunol.

In addition, one will be expected to attend the monthly recollection to be held at:

The program will be from 10:00AM — 2:00 PM. Please bring your bag lunch. These are the Saturday dates that have already been scheduled for this program:

If you would like to explore joining us in this program, please come to our first informative meeting on Saturday, February 23, 2013. On our first recollection day, February 23, Fr. Jim Sullivan will explain this program in detail.

Due to limited seating capacity in our Contemplative Prayer House of Mary & Joseph, reservation is required; admission will be on a first come first serve basis.
